Privacy on this website

This notice covers neocognix.com. People recorded during a capture receive a separate notice, in person and in their own language, before anything is recorded.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your email address, your company or site name, and whatever you write in the other fields.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

What we do not collect

• No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
• No third-party scripts or fonts: everything on this site is served from our own domain.
• Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to prepare what you asked for. Form messages pass through the service that delivers them to our inbox, and we keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
